Soucha offers yogic practices designed to aid in cleansing the entire system.

In Yoga, cleanliness is referred to as ‘Soucha’. To perceive specific aspects of life,
you need to cultivate your energies to a certain level of maturity and intensity. To
achieve this, it’s crucial to eliminate all conflicts from your body, actions, speech,
and thoughts.

Soucha includes Jala Neti, Surya Kriya, Bhuta Shuddhi and many other balancing
practices.

Pre-requisite: Empty stomach conditions required. No prior experience of yoga needed.
