Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair and commitment-based.

HathaYog programs are conducted in small circles with limited seats. Once a seat is reserved, it is held exclusively for the participant and may not be available to others.

We request all participants to enroll only after carefully confirming their availability and commitment.

Cancellation Timeline

Participant cancellation policy

The following policy applies when a participant cancels after registration and payment confirmation.

14+ Days Before Program

Refund Available

Full refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway, bank, UPI, transaction or administrative charges, if applicable.

7–14 Days Before Program

Credit Only

No cash refund. 100% of the contribution may be converted into HathaYog Credit, valid for 6 months, for an eligible future program.

Less Than 7 Days

No Refund / No Credit

No refund or credit will be issued. Credit may be considered only if HathaYog is able to fill the vacant seat with another participant.

Program Specific Terms

For workshops, Nityam, Abhyasa and private sessions

Workshops & Private Immersions

  • No refund once the workshop has begun.
  • No refund for partial attendance or missed sessions.
  • Participant must attend all required sessions to learn the practice properly.
  • Transfer to another participant is allowed only with prior approval from HathaYog.

Nityam & Abhyasa

  • Monthly contributions are non-refundable once the circle begins.
  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons are not refundable.
  • Catch-up or review support may be offered only where feasible.
  • Transfers to a future circle are considered only in exceptional cases.

Private Sessions

  • Private sessions require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice.
  • With 24 hours’ notice, one reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are treated as completed sessions.
  • No repeated rescheduling is guaranteed.

No-Show Policy

  • No refund, credit or transfer for no-shows.
  • No-show includes not attending without prior notice.
  • This applies to workshops, regular circles and private sessions.
HathaYog Credit

Credit terms

Where credit is approved, it is offered as a goodwill option and not as an automatic entitlement.

HathaYog Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credit can be used only toward eligible HathaYog offerings.

Credit cannot be extended beyond its validity period.
If HathaYog Reschedules

Reschedule or cancellation by HathaYog

If a program is rescheduled or cancelled by HathaYog, participants will be given suitable options.

Attend the rescheduled program.

Transfer the contribution to another eligible program.

Receive HathaYog Credit valid for 6 months.

Request a full refund if the program is cancelled by HathaYog.
Exceptional Circumstances

Medical emergencies and genuine exceptions

Genuine medical emergencies or unavoidable exceptional situations may be reviewed individually. Approval of refund, credit or transfer in such cases is solely at the discretion of HathaYog.

By enrolling in a HathaYog program, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
