Why HathaYog exists

The four pathways within HathaYog
Each program serves a distinct purpose in the journey — from entry and orientation, to structured learning, workshop-based transmission, and sustained guided practice.
Pravesha
Pravesha is the introductory program designed to orient participants to Classical Hatha Yoga, prepare the body and mind, and help them understand the pathways ahead.
- Introduces what Classical Hatha Yoga is
- Offers a first experience of guided discipline
- Prepares participants for deeper and more structured programs
Nityam
Nityam is a disciplined ongoing program for those who want to learn and stabilise their practice through regular guided sessions in a small-batch setting.
- Structured learning through repetition and consistency
- Guided practice with correction and gradual progression
- Designed for sincere participants seeking steady inner growth
Antaranga
Antaranga offers focused workshops through which participants learn specific Classical Hatha Yoga practices in a properly held environment.
- Dedicated learning format for specific yogic processes
- Supports correct transmission of workshop-taught practices
- Acts as the foundation for continued practice through Abhyasa
Abhyasa
Abhyasa is designed to help participants sustain, refine, and continue the practices they have learned in Antaranga through regular guided sessions.
- Supports regularity after workshop learning
- Offers correction, continuity, and refinement
- Helps practices remain alive beyond the workshop setting
How the journey unfolds
HathaYog offers two clear pathways after Pravesha, depending on the participant’s inclination and readiness.
A path for those who wish to enter a more regular, structured learning and guided practice environment.
A path for those who learn specific practices through workshops and then sustain them through continued guided sessions.
What participants can expect
Across all programs, the emphasis remains on authenticity, discipline, and creating the right atmosphere for receptivity.
- Small-batch, intentional learning environments
- Authentic Classical Hatha Yoga without dilution
- Guided progression, correction, and continuity
- A sincere space for those willing to engage deeply

Testimonials
What Our Students Say
This challenge has pushed me to come out of my comfort zone and develop flexibility in my body, mental focus and calmness.
I thank Akka for her help and motivation throughout the challenge .
I have done classes for Surya Shakti from Raksha Akka ,the class was very helpful for me .
The class took continuos 5 hours ,withfull dedication she trained me continuously for 5 hours.
Practising Surya Shakti is life changing.
Thank you Akka for continuous support.
I first did Surya Kriya and then Yogasana programme. In my experience, the programs initially provided immediate relief and benefits. Then, gradually, the desire for benefits increases, and the mind begins to crave more.
The physical benefits are felt daily, but the mental benefits are definitely there, but not immediately apparent .
It creates a distance between the body and mind. When an event occurs, the mind moves at its own pace, but the body remains stagnant or slow. This hinders the mind's work. This prevents anxiety. This is an achievement for me, as at a time I felt the need for medication for this. These practices have set a level for my body and mind, below which it is now difficult to remain. means the benefits I receive from doing these practices are essential for me. Now, it has become a habit
Thank you akka made it easy for us
And thanks to Sadhguru.

- Sangharsh Pandey
I feel sharper and more focused when I stay regular with Hatha Yoga practices as part of my daily routine.
My experience with Angmardana, Surya Kriya, and Surya Shakti has been very good, especially after completing the 80-day mandala. Previously, my mandala had broken many times, but this time it completed well, and the experience was very good. I felt much better physically and mentally, and the most improved thing was my work lifestyle. The work that used to take me 7-8 hours earlier is now easily completed in 3-4 hours, and my procrastination nature has completely disappeared... thank you akka for this opportunity 🙏😊
I'm unapologetically confident about this: I have found a real way of being that actually works. If you're just exploring or skeptical, hear me out—I'm not claiming to be some who knows everything, but I can promise you this: you will never regret connecting with people who are genuinely committed to the wellbeing of others.
Stop overthinking it. Just start.
