Antaranga is the workshop-based learning format within HathaYog. It is designed for those who wish to learn specific Classical Hatha Yoga practices in a more focused, properly held, and sacred setting.
These are not general classes. Antaranga offerings are conducted as dedicated workshops or private immersions so a specific practice can be learned with the right depth, seriousness, and transmission.

Upa-Yoga
Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.

Surya Kriya
Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner well-being. “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Angamardana
Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body. Designed by Sadhguru, Isha Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Yogasanas
The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness.
Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.

Bhuta Shuddhi

Surya Shakti
Surya means “Sun,” and Shakti means “Energy”. Surya Shakti is a complete process, which is largely physical in nature. If you do 108 cycles of Surya Shakti, it will make you fit and you will not need any other form of exercise.

Mantra Yoga
There is a beautiful story in the yogic lore that describes how when Adiyogi utters three AUMs, a whole new creation comes into being. The story is a dialectical expression of the possibility of the sound AUM. Known as the universal or basic sound in the existence, AUM is a combination of the three primordial syllables – “Aaa”, “Ooo”, and “Maa”. AUM chanting is a powerful practice that aligns the three fundamental aspects of the system – body, mind and energy – leading to a more profound experience of life. It helps stabilize the body and mind, thus eliminating psychological disturbances and alleviating chronic ailments. AUM chanting creates a powerful basis for further inner exploration.

Treatment Programs
Classical Hatha Yoga can be beneficial for various diseases and conditions. However it should not be used like that. Based on the ailment, we can suggest practices suitable. Please talk to teacher regarding this.
