“Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. Angamardana uses your own body weight and movement and needs no fitness equipment.

Angamardana has four sets of processes – standing, squatting, sitting and lying down. In this program, you can learn each set separatly at your pace taking one step at a time and also practice each set independent of the other. You can choose to learn just few sets also. Once you have learned all the processes then there will be a final session with advance practices.

Age – 8 yrs & above

Strengthens the spine, skeletal and muscular systems

Builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity

Invigorates the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom in the body

Prepares the body for Hatha Yoga

Revitalizes the body including the muscles, blood
circulation, skeletal and nervous systems

Pre-requisite: Empty stomach conditions required. No prior experience of yoga needed.
